Louis Fradin

Anyshift

Louis Fradin is Developer Advocate & Backend Engineer at Anyshift, where he helps build the AI context layer for production systems: giving teams the infrastructure graph their AI agents need to actually understand what is running in prod.

His SRE journey started at the bottom of the stack: writing Linux drivers and operating HPC infrastructure at the French Ministry of Armed Forces, then several years operating Kubernetes clusters at production scale, in Go, Temporal, Talos, and OpenTelemetry.

On the community side, he speaks regularly on these topics: Context Engineering for DevOps: How Agents Learn Your Infrastructure at DevOpsCon Amsterdam 2026, 25,000 servers at Ubisoft (with Vincent Behar) at TalosCon 2024 in London, Talos chez Ubisoft pour nos serveurs de jeux (with Vincent Behar) at Cloud Native Paris 2024, and Continuous Container Checkup at CloudNord 2023.

Today, as Developer Advocate at Anyshift, he bridges that engineering past and developer advocacy, for healthier observability primitives and smarter AI in service of the people who keep systems alive.

For this talk specifically: the material draws on patterns observed across Anyshift customer platforms (MotherDuck, Voodoo, Cloud.com) and on the production architecture of the versioned graph.
